You Don’t Have to Navigate this alone

Everyone’s path is unique. I offer practical guidance, emotional support, meaningful conversations, advocacy, and a calm, steady presence during one of life’s most profound and sacred transitions.

Unsure where to begin or how I can help? Schedule a free, no-pressure conversation to discuss your current situation, ask questions, and determine whether my services are the right fit for you or your loved one.

What Is an End-of-life doula?

Death is a sacred experience, and no one should have to navigate it feeling alone or unprepared.

An end-of-life doula offers compassionate, holistic, non-medical support that complements the care provided by hospice and healthcare professionals.

While hospice cares for the medical journey, an end-of-life doula helps care for the human one.

Sometimes this means helping prepare for what’s ahead, while other times it means preserving stories, supporting loved ones, answering questions, holding space for grief, or just sitting quietly with someone who doesn’t want to be alone.

What To Expect

1. Reach out

Whether you schedule a complimentary call or book a visit directly, we’ll begin by learning about your unique situation and determining what kind of support feels most helpful.

2. Create a Personalized Plan

Together, we’ll discuss your concerns, family dynamics, and the type of support you’re looking for. From there, we’ll determine what type of support and customized approach best meets your needs.

3. Begin Our Time Together

Visits are approximately 2 hours each, and typically take place in your home, hospice location, or other agreed upon location. Virtual sessions are also available.

Each visit is tailored to your needs and may include emotional support, practical planning, legacy work, caregiver respite, education, or simply compassionate presence.

4. Continue As Needed

Some families find one visit provides exactly what they needed. Others appreciate ongoing companionship, support, and guidance over weeks or months as circumstances evolve.

5. Honoring What’s Next

Support doesn’t always end with a final visit.

Whether through follow-up grief support, home organization help, or a custom Legacy Project, my hope is to continue honoring you or your loved one with the same care and intention that guided us from the beginning.
